fo999 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and fo999 ("the Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the fo999 platform at fo999.ws, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with fo999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use fo999's services. fo999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one fo999 account. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. The following rules apply to all fo999 accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. fo999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• All activity performed from your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action, unless the unauthorised activity resulted from fo999's own negligence.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify fo999 customer support immediately via the support contact on this site. fo999 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension.
• fo999 reserves the right to perform identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

Players who attempt to open a second account after their first account has been closed or suspended will have both accounts permanently closed, and any remaining balances across both accounts may be forfeited. If you wish to reopen a previously closed account, you must contact customer support directly.

fo999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms published with an individual promotion:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the player to whom they are offered and may not be transferred between accounts. Each eligible promotion may be claimed only once per player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms and is always expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times).
• fo999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, void bonus winnings, or forfeit a bonus balance if fo999 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or providing false information at registration.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry period, the bonus and any bonus winnings will be removed from the account automatically. The expiry period is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Free spins are subject to their own wagering requirements as stated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings above a stated maximum cap may be voided. Free spins are typically valid for 24 to 72 hours from issuance unless otherwise stated.

fo999 may introduce new seasonal promotions for events relevant to Bangladesh players, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid ul -Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All such promotions will have their specific terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms in this Section 5 always apply unless a specific promotion term explicitly overrides them.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fo999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on the fo999 platform, whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, device, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, interact with games, or exploit platform functionality in a manner not available to ordinary manual players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live casino games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using fo999 for any money laundering purpose. fo999 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies and will report suspicious transactions without prior notice to the player.
• Deliberately exploiting a software bug, technical error, or miscalculated odds to place wagers at incorrect prices. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at registration or during any verification process, including submitting forged or altered identity documents.

fo999 reserves the right to determine, in its sole and reasonable discretion, whether a violation of these prohibited conduct rules has occurred. The remedies available to fo999 — including account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal referral — are cumulative and not exclusive of any other remedy available under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fo999's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fo999 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from interruption of service, technical failures, or platform downtime, whether or not fo999 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any loss caused by a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party where fo999 was not at fault.
• Any loss or damage arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the fo999 platform, including promotional content, game descriptions, or odds information, where that information was accurate at the time of publication and subsequently changed due to circumstances outside fo999's control.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fo999 operates as an online platform and does not make specific claims regarding regulatory approval from any particular Bangladeshi government body. fo999 is committed to operating a safe, fair, and SSL-encrypted platform for all users. In the event of any dispute between a player and fo999, the player is encouraged to contact customer support in the first instance to seek resolution before pursuing any formal process.
