Responsible Gaming at fo999 — Play Safely, Stay in Control
fo999 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Bangladesh players. This page explains our responsible gaming tools, warning signs to watch for, and where to get help if gaming stops being fun.
🔞 For Adults Aged 21+ OnlyOur Commitment to Responsible Gaming
fo999 believes that gambling should always be a form of entertainment — a leisure activity enjoyed responsibly, not a way to make money or escape personal difficulties. For the vast majority of Bangladesh players who use fo999, gaming is exactly that: an enjoyable pastime. However, fo999 recognises that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic. Our responsible gaming programme is designed to support every player in keeping their gaming experience positive.
fo999 has integrated a suite of responsible gaming tools directly into the player account dashboard. These tools are available at no cost to all registered fo999 players and can be activated at any time. fo999 customer support is available around the clock to assist Bangladesh players in setting up or adjusting any of the controls described on this page. You do not need to wait until a problem develops — using these tools proactively is the mark of a smart, self-aware player.
fo999 is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age to register and play at fo999 is 21 years. This age restriction applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
Responsible Gaming Tools Available at fo999
The following tools are built into every fo999 account. Navigate to the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings to access and configure each one. All limit changes that reduce a limit take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much BDT you can deposit into your fo999 wallet. Limits take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
Session Time Reminders
Receive an in-app alert after you have been playing continuously for a period you define. This awareness tool helps you track how long you have been gaming without needing to check a clock.
Cool-Off Period
Take a temporary break from fo999 for between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off, your account is suspended — no deposits, wagers, or bonus claims. Once set, a cool-off cannot be reversed early.
Self-Exclusion
For players who feel they need a longer break, self-exclusion locks the account for a minimum of 6 months and up to 5 years. fo999 will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from re-registering. This is an irreversible action within the chosen period.
Reality Check Alerts
Enable periodic pop-up reminders that display your session duration, total wagered, and net position. Reality checks give you a clear snapshot of your gaming activity at intervals you choose.
Account Activity Review
View a full history of your deposits, wagers, wins, and losses at any time from your account dashboard. Transparency about your own activity is one of the most effective tools for staying in control.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always easy to recognise in oneself. fo999 encourages all players to check in regularly with the following warning signs. If several of these apply to you or someone you know, please seek support promptly:
- 🔴Spending more money or time gambling than you originally planned or can afford.
- 🔴Gambling to recover losses rather than for entertainment — commonly known as "chasing losses".
- 🔴Neglecting work, family responsibilities, or daily obligations in Bangladesh because of time spent gambling.
- 🔴Borrowing money, selling assets, or using funds intended for essential expenses such as rent or food to fund gambling.
- 🔴Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling, or using gambling as a way to relieve stress or emotional distress.
- 🔴Hiding gambling activity or losses from family members or friends, or feeling the need to lie about how much time or money you spend gambling.
If you recognise any of the above patterns in your own behaviour, fo999 urges you to use the self-exclusion or cool-off tools immediately, and to contact fo999 customer support or one of the support organisations listed below. You are not alone, and help is available.
Getting Help and External Support
fo999 is committed to ensuring that Bangladesh players who need support can access it quickly. In addition to the in-platform tools and fo999 customer support, the following types of support are available to anyone experiencing gambling-related difficulties:
fo999 Customer Support (24/7)
fo999's support team is available around the clock for all Bangladesh players. If you wish to set up a self-exclusion, report a problem, or simply talk to someone about your gaming habits, contact us via the support email listed in the site footer. All gambling-related support communications are handled confidentially.
Mental Health and Counselling Services
Bangladesh has a growing network of mental health professionals and counselling services available in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and other major cities. If gambling has begun to affect your mental wellbeing, relationships, or finances, speaking to a qualified counsellor can be a highly effective first step toward recovery.
Family and Community Support
Sharing concerns about gambling with a trusted family member, friend, or community leader can be a powerful step. Bangladesh communities often have strong social support networks — do not hesitate to lean on them. If a family member is struggling, encouraging them to seek help and supporting them through the process makes a genuine difference.
fo999 does not provide clinical gambling treatment services directly. For clinical or psychological treatment, players are encouraged to speak to a qualified healthcare professional in their area. fo999's role is to provide platform-level tools and to signpost players toward appropriate external support.
Protecting Minors from Gambling
fo999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy at registration, requiring all new players to confirm their age and, where necessary, submit identity documents for KYC verification. fo999 uses automated systems to flag accounts that show indicators of underage use, and all such accounts are reviewed and closed promptly. If you believe a minor has accessed or registered an fo999 account, please contact fo999 customer support immediately via the email address in the site footer.
Parents and guardians in Bangladesh are strongly encouraged to use parental control software to restrict access to online gaming sites on shared or family devices. Keeping account credentials — including your mobile number and password — private and away from younger family members is an important additional safeguard. Never share your fo999 login details with any other person.
